1. Does It Hurt?
Nope! We use high heat on the bracelet ONLY to weld it shut.Your skin does not come in contact. We also add an extra cloth barrier for your comfort.

2. What is the chain breaks or stretches?
In the event that your bracelet comes off, the first reattachment is complimentary, the second is $15, and the third/each after is $30. If the chain has been stretched/damaged beyond repair, then a new chain will have to be purchased, and scrap value will be offered for the damaged chain to put toward a new bracelet.

3. Can I purchase permanent jewelry as a gift?
YES! Stop into the store anytime to purchase a gift card to cover the cost of the service.

4. How much does it cost?
Prices start at $25 per inch.
Example: A 7 inch bracelet, at $25 an inch, would be $175 + tax. Prices vary based off of the chain you select at your appointment.
