Since my wife Jody and I founded the company in 1991 

 What Motivates you at work: I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE WHAT I DO!! It's not really work.

What is your favorite song: Louis Armstrong- Blue Moon

Favorite Color: Any rich saturated color- I love Color

Favorite Movie: The Italian Job & any Pink Panther Flicks

Favorite piece of jewelry that West And Company carries: I have no one favorite! I love it all.

What is your favorite thing about working at West And Company: I have the greatest staff in the world!!!

What is your best customer story, where you helped the customer and they left VERY excited:  Helping our military customers stationed over seas.

What do you do outside of West And Company: Reading, History, Politics and vintage sports cars.

What do you do at West And Company: I am the goldsmith and I also like to spend time on the sales floor. I enjoy working closely with customers! Which is fun!!

How long have you worked at West And Company:  Just celebrated my 1 Year Anniversary!

What Motivates you at work: To be able to see the customers smile when they pick up their fabulous repairs. They cant believe their eyes!! The satifaction of knowing that my hard work is truely appreciated!

What is your favorite song: I can't narrow it down to one but I LOVE the Beatles!!

Favorite Color: Emerald Green, no wait , Ruby Red! How do you choose just one?

Favorite Movie: The Pricess Bride is my all time favorite movie, but also love Office Space, What about Bob?- The funnier the better! laughter is what I live for!!!

Favorite piece of jewelry that West And Company carries: I think I have a new favorite everyday. I just love our diamond jewelry because the quality is so awesome!!

What is your favorite thing about working at West And Company: I am very proud of our store its beautiful! My-co workers are AWESOME! Plus I get to wear many different hats!

What is your best customer story, where you helped the customer and they left VERY excited:  The best feeling I get is help customers who have lost a loved one. I have been fortunate enough to help them to preserve their memories in various ways. Such as restoring rings, create pendants and remounting precious stones into something new.

What do you do outside of West And Company: Spend time with my son (sam) and family plus my kitties (Carlos, Jo jo and Carmen). I enjoy painting and nature.

What is your best customer story, where you helped the customer and they left VERY excited:  I once worked with a couple who were so happy with their ring! That they bought me a gift!!
